    Wusthof Gourmet Chinese Chef's Knife/Cleaver - 20cm

    Forged from a single piece of WÜSTHOF steel, offering precision and a lot of power in the hand: the Chinese Cook’s Knife will allow you to chop a cabbage or cut wafer-thin slices from a tomato in seconds, while the wide blade is also ideal for scooping up prepped ingredients and transferring them to the pot.

    The fine cutting edge ensures exceptional sharpness but should not be used on bones or very hard fruits (such as coconuts); instead, we recommend a European Cleaver or Butchers Knife.

    Knives are NOT for sale to persons under the age of 18 - age verification will be required upon collection or delivery.

    3. If the order is placed within working hours (9am - 5pm) you will receive a phone call from your nearest branch on the same day to arrange a suitable delivery time and date/collection time
    4. When the order is placed outside of working hours you will receive a phone call from your nearest branch on the next working day
    5. For 'click and collect' orders, you will be provided with a unique 6 digit collection PIN. This collection PIN must be presented at the time of collection. Your item cannot be released for collection without providing the collection PIN.
