Our Order Process

1. Order is placed
2. We always aim to deliver items to you within 48 hours
3. If the order is placed within working hours (9am - 5pm) you will receive a phone call from your nearest branch on the same day to arrange a suitable delivery time and date/collection time
4. When the order is placed outside of working hours you will receive a phone call from your nearest branch on the next working day
5. For 'click and collect' orders, your item will be reserved for you at your local branch and payment will be made upon collection
6. The delivery or collection will be arranged at a time that is most appropriate for you
