Free Delivery of Electrical Appliances in Devon & Cornwall
At HBH Woolacotts, we have trained delivery engineers out on the road across Devon & Cornwall 6 days a week. While our installations are a chargeable service, we deliver all appliances to your front door – totally free of charge – within Devon & Cornwall. We’ll even aim to get your new appliance to you the very next day (subject to stock availability and routing) with a timeslot given the morning of your delivery – all free of charge, as well!
Like all areas of HBH Woolacotts, our delivery teams receive extensive and regular training in order for us to offer a complete service from sale to install – all in-house! In order to make our customers’ purchasing experience as seamless as possible, our delivery engineers receive training on all the same products as our sales staff; so they’re on-hand to not only safely install and set up your appliance, but also demonstrate it and answer any questions.

As well as our delivery engineers, we have a full in-house service department. We have field engineers who can call out to your home appliances, aerial engineers who can repair and install new aerial and satellite systems and brown goods engineers who can fix up your TV, hi-fi system or laptop in our local Bude workshop. Additionally, we’re in a unique position to offer under-warranty work for most of the brands we sell; that means no waiting on hold for a lifetime to reach a giant call centre, just give us a call and one of our engineers can call out to you to carry out an under-warranty inspection and repair.
So, not only can we offer excellent, in-depth buying advice, safe delivery and installation but we can also continue to help you long after your purchase, in case anything goes wrong with your appliance in the future! This is all part of our aim to be Happy to Be Helpful.

Our purchasing department works tirelessly to ensure we carry a large and fairly comprehensive range of products. We have great relationships with major, well-known brands and have lots of complimentary products available that many independent retailers aren’t able to offer. We carry a large range of stock and have a regular turnover, so we’ve always got new and exciting products coming in!. Our great warehouse team ensures that we have a huge amount of products that are available for delivery or collection within 24 hours – perfect for our customers that suffer a product breakdown and urgently need that new fridge freezer or washing machine!
