Our stores may be closed for the national lockdown, but at HBH Woolacotts, we are still here to give you the best customer service and the greatest deals around on electrical goods. Our customers are able to shop with us via our website and by telephone, and we will continue to offer completely free delivery on all products, across Cornwall & Devon, no minimum spend necessary. Customers will still be able to call their local stores for advice, general queries and to make telephone orders, so rest assured, you can still shop safely with HBH Woolacotts.
Lockdown understandably causes a lot of concern, but we want to reassure you that we’ll still be on hand to ensure electrical appliances are not another concern. We are ensuring COVID-safe deliveries, installations and repairs with precautionary measures and guidelines in place. When it comes to our staff, we’ve got more staff on hand than the previous lockdown, so help will never be far away. All of our repair engineers will still be working, so whether it’s a TV or cooker we’ll be able to help. We’ll also have over 25 delivery installers on the roads and over 20 support staff manning the telephones to ensure we continue to deliver excellent customer service safely, and get our customers the products and advice that they need. We will also be offering a limited and strictly Click & Collect only service from our Bude, Plymouth, St Austell & Liskeard stores.
All our promotions will be going ahead as planned, though naturally, these will only be available online and via telephone as all our stores will be closed until restrictions are eased. That means customers can still enjoy our early Christmas offers and can look forward to our awesome Black Friday deals!
